2. Digital Delivery

All deliverables are provided electronically. Depending on the nature of the project or service subscribed to, delivery may occur via:

• Email (for credentials, small files, or reports).
• Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).
• Access to a private code repository (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Deployment directly to client servers or app stores (Google Play Store, Apple App Store).
• Provisioning of user accounts for SaaS platforms.

3. Delivery Timelines

For Custom Development Projects: Delivery timelines are outlined in the specific project proposal or contract agreed upon by both parties before the commencement of work. Milestones and final delivery dates are subject to the timely provision of necessary assets and feedback by the client.

For SaaS Subscriptions: Access to our software platforms is typically granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation. In some cases, account provisioning may take up to 24 hours.

4. Shipping Costs

Because our deliverables are 100% digital, there are no shipping or handling costs associated with our services.
