Cancellation & Refund Policy
IWeTechs ("we", "us", "our") is committed to providing exceptional Android, iOS, web, and game development services. We aim for transparency in all our processes, including our cancellation and refund policy. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
This policy applies to all projects and services undertaken by IWeTechs.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. Cancellation by Client
- A client may request to cancel a project at any time by providing a written notice via email to contact@iwetechs.com.
- Cancellation will be effective upon our acknowledgment of the receipt of this notice.
- Upon cancellation, all work on the project will cease immediately.
- The client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of effective cancellation, calculated at our standard hourly rate or as per the agreed-upon project milestones.
- Any project-related materials, code, or designs completed up to the cancellation date will be delivered to the client *after* all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.
1.2. Cancellation by IWeTechs
IWeTechs reserves the right to cancel a project at any time for the following reasons:
- Failure of the client to make timely payments for project milestones.
- Failure of the client to provide necessary content, materials, or feedback required for the project's progression within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 30 days of inactivity).
- Significant change in project scope without a corresponding change in the agreement or budget.
- Breach of contract or terms of service by the client.
In the event of cancellation by IWeTechs due to a client's breach, no refunds will be issued for payments already made.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. General Terms
IWeTechs sells services that require significant time and resources. Therefore, our refund policy is as follows:
- Services Rendered: All payments made for services that have already been completed (e.g., completed milestones, hours worked) are strictly non-refundable.
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods (software, code, design files), we do not offer refunds for any digital products once they have been delivered.
2.2. Deposits and Upfront Payments
All projects require a non-refundable deposit or upfront payment. This payment is used to secure your project slot, allocate resources, and cover the initial costs of project discovery, planning, and setup. This deposit is non-refundable regardless of whether the project is canceled by the client or by IWeTechs.
2.3. Milestone Payments
Projects are often divided into milestones. Payment for each milestone is due upon its completion and client approval. Once a milestone is approved and paid for, that payment is non-refundable as it compensates for the work already completed and accepted by the client.
2.4. No Refunds for Dissatisfaction (Post-Approval)
We work closely with our clients and offer revisions to ensure the work meets their expectations. However, once a design, feature, or milestone has been formally approved by the client, refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with that work.
3. Project Delays and Client Responsibilities
We rely on our clients to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals to keep a project on schedule. If a client fails to respond or provide necessary materials within 30 days of a request, IWeTechs reserves the right to consider the project "abandoned." In such cases, all payments made to date will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. The project may be subject to a new agreement and fees to be restarted.

By engaging IWeTechs for any service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
